Procrastinate is a campaign that aims to encourage people to move during their desktop hours and, by doing so, avoid future low back pain. Using exercises, printed advertising and devices notifications, people would remember to have active pauses during their office hours, dance, take the dog out, grab a coffee or just stand up and stretch. The campaign included stickers, posters, bookmarks, gifs, pins and social media presence.
